Presidents' Day Love
A wee hours note on Presidents' Day morning from our dear and tender friend Henry D:
"I hope you have a wonderful presidents’ day and I hope, for good or for bad, this celebratory day paying tribute to all our presidential leaders reminds you that each president, although they are emboldened with great authority and thus great and real responsibility, is just a small and fleeting part of a story that we hope will be crowd written by the accumulated actions of all of us, animated by all the caring and understanding each of us can muster to offer, for ourselves and for our offspring and kin, some alive and breathing at this moment, and many who have yet to arrive."
