One photo a day challenge (198/365) all year long

in #presidents6 years ago

I took a picture of a sculpture of the late and youngest president of America, John F. Kennedy.
He is one of the few presidents that I recognize.
A little history/ facts about him.

  • He was assasinated on November 22, 1963.
  • He killer was 24 year old Lee Harvey Oswald.
  • No one knows why he, JFK, was assasinated because Lee Oswald got gunned down the same day he killed the president.
  • Lee Oswald’s killer was 52 year old Jack Ruby, a Dallas nightclub operator.

A lot of conspiracy theories surround this event but no one knows why the president was killed.

Nice one... is it a library?

No, a nursing home.

It is a sculpture a bit strange for the rustic touch but very well made by the great resemblance to Kennedy.

I wonder what it made of. The original one is green, maybe it’s colored clay

This reminds me of a cryptocurrency called fresco that deals with art. People were rewarded for finding this kind of art.

Cool might need to check it out.

Hmm.... Chain reactions.
When one event result to the happening of other events. The main reason might not be know to us but it goes without the saying that a politician would always have as many oppositions as possible....

excellent photo of the long-time president of the USA John F. Kennedy

It is a great sculpture!
I like the link between Kennedy and Lincoln. It is allusive.

Wooww very interesting friend your photo of the day.Benditions for you.

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

He was assasinated on November 22, 1963.
It should be assassinated instead of assasinated.

The sculpture is amazing. In which place the sculpture is slocated?

It caused a bit of terror at first sight, but after observing it well I could appreciate the incredible art that was dedicated to him
