Has there ever been a reluctant presidential candidate that the Philippines ever have in the last 30 years than our present president? Even when Filipinos were clamouring for him to run, he blatantly preferred to stay as a Mayor than be a President.
HOPE
He gave us hope when the majority of us Filipinos have accepted our FATE to be under a continous corrupt government. Deep in a mire of DRUGS and CRIME in its'every corner...unfelt by the ELITE and OLIGARCHS surrounded by power and influences.
It's our TIME
Winning by a landslide in June 2016, there's no chance for the OPPOSITION to ever imply of him cheating to win. Not even accuse him a hint of CORRUPTION although I must say that his 8-month in power is enough time to ever do something akin to corruption.
That left the OPPOSITION to make ridiculous accusations without basis. Till now, every accusation thrown at him seems to be coming out of desperation to oust him. Every witnesses that come out are surrounded with lies and monetary gains.
When the oppositions are combining their forces and are all out in war to discredit and oust him, the church, the OLIGARCH, the local and international media, the Liberal Party, the druglord protectors, the Human Rights protectors...and throw-in the manipulated world in hating him...he says,
" Anyone is free to express themselves."
And majority of the Filipinos can only gape at him in awe, frustrated in wanting to defend him to Kingdom come.

Yes..but that is not what the world know as the opposition controls the media locally and internationally. he is being portrayed as a murderer and a dictator.
