I know I have shared a quote very similar to this before, but since not many people actually read these articles, I guess this will come as something new to all my readers no matter what. So, what is it all about?

We are unable to change our past. What has happened is history, and there is nothing we can do about it. What is up tomorrow is a mystery, but it is important to understand at the same time, that we can very much influence tomorrow by what we do today. So I find it a mistake to place tomorrow into the mystery category, because very much of what will take place tomorrow is influenced by what is happening today.

But, the real essence of the quote is that today is a gift of God and that we need to live in the present, and that is why we call it present, because we should be present in the present and not live in some other time.
