Believe it or not, I'm growing fond of the mac and cheese. :) The Beef Stew is good - it has a fair bit of beef chunks - and of the breakfasts, I prefer the Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Peppers.
Really, they're all good.
Mac and cheese is one of those meals that is comforting even when it is not the best version!! Good luck with your challenge.
