1300 calories is still way low for daily requirements, but as long as you can function that's good.

have some high calorie food handy to you, and if you start getting depressed or dizzy or too sluggish, remember your health comes first!

I've gotten dizzy a couple of times at the gym on days I went light on breakfast; a little apple juice helped immediately!

Don't worry: I'm watching myself. Dizziness and faintness: I have my eye out for both.

Good idea about the fruit juice.
