My fellow Steemians, Preppers and Liberty lovers; in this post we are going to take a brief look at the CAT or Combat Application Tourniquet. I will start with a brief scenario and then show you how the CAT is applied.
I feel that it is important that everyone should have medical preps and receive training on how to use the medical equipment and items they are acquiring. Without proper understanding on how to use items they may be useless to you and even worse to your family. The other benefit about learning how to use commercially available products is that it will give you the ability to improvise similar items when SHTF.

Yep, I have been following Dr Bones and Nurse Amy on Doom and Bloom for awhile and enjoy learning about medical preps. A lot of this kind of stuff the average person doesn't know about, so it's good to disseminate the info. The post will go on our facebook page about 19:30 pacific time.
