Nice to see a post from you on my feed. :) Even though I'm a vegan and don't like animals being treated poorly, I'm glad to hear that those things are working well for you, I also think it's really important to "prep" and be ready for who knows what could happen! So I definitely give you props for trying to plan ahead and prepare for unknown possibilities!
Great to hear from you too, apolymask! I admit I'm not a vegan, but I think there are some preppers who are also vegans. Learning to farm organically dovetails well with preparing for an SHTF event.
We first talked about this on my weekly preps series! 2 weeks ago!

Word! There are indeed prepper vegans. :) You can preserve plants in the same kinds of way you can preserve animal products for the most part! Canning/freezing, etc.
