Preparing your house for the controlled demolition of the economy

As a family we have tried to prepped for years.

What is prepping? It is being ready for any economic or personal crisis.

Why? As a self employed household w have tried to stay prepared for years. Because you never know when finances could run low. Other reasons for prepping could be if one of the us became poorly and unable to work, or physically cannot get to the supermarket. Maybe the British weather stops yiu from travelling to the shops or power cuts stops yiu being able to keep your fridge freezer running, or no electric to power your stove and heating.

We also have to take into account the globalists current agenda . The controlled demolition of the economy and possibility of potential cyber attacks.

Here are some key things to consider when prepping:

• Cooking sources. How will you cook if there is no electric or gas.
• Heating sources? How will you keep warm or heat the home.
• Storage? Where will you keep your supply of food
• Water? How can you access and store clean water.
• First Aid and Medical supplies? Do you know how to do basic first aid. Have you got a first aid kit, a burns kit? Alternative medicines (learn about plant and herbal medicine) and essential oils
• Where to keep savings? What if their is a banking crash. Do you withdraw some cash out of the bank, or keep some in? Maybe Invest in solid gold/silver and bartering items. Get to know who your local tribe are to swap skills.
• Think about protecting your home, family and cash and stock of food.

The first rule of thumb when starting to stock up on food, is to remember that you may not have electric to keep the fridge freezer powered. So tinned and dried foods are a must have. Buy a few extra tins each time you shop. And the most important thing is to BUY food that your family will actually eat! There is no point buying extra food that they wouldn’t even eat. And when you have stock of food, USE it. Use your stock to fill up your kitchen cupboards ( just like your very own little shop) and then refill your stock when you need to.

Emergency Food

• Tins/Jars: Will stay good years longer than sell by date.
• Superfood Powders and Milled Seeds
•Meat: Sardines, Salmon, Tuna, Mackerel, Haggis, Hot Dogs, Ham, Corned Beef, Chicken, Stewed Steak, Jerky etc. (High protein meats important)
• Veg: Tomatoes, Passata, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots, Potatoes, Mixed Veg, Baked Beans, Chickpeas, Butter Beans, Artichoke Hearts, Olives, Preserved Lemons (homemade jarred) etc
• Soups• 🔸Various tinned fruit & custard/rice pudding etc
Condensed /evaporated milk
• Freeze dried/Dried veg, fruit and herbs: Will stay good longer than sell by date.
• Powdered milk & eggs
• Onion flakes, Chilli Flakes, Garlic flakes
Carrots, Mixed Veg, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Kale etc
• Bone Broth (Planet Organic)
• Blueberries, Mango, Goji Berries, Raspberries, Figs, Raisins, Dates.
• Lentils, Quinoa, Rice, Barley, Oats, Noodles, Couscous, Macaroni, Polenta, Pasta, Spaghetti, Potato Flakes, Tortilla Wraps
• Seeds for sprouting + sprouting jars
• Cereals• 🔸Nuts/Trail Mix/Hemp Seeds (watch dates for mould)
• Dried food like pasta, coconut chips and choc raisins, dried fours and berries
• Condiments (you can make a really bland meal into a tasty meal with condiments) things like:
Salt, Celtic or Himalayan, Rock salt... lots of, can use for preserving food, Peppercorns, Vinegar, Pickled Onions, Beetroot, Mayonnaise, Salad Dressing, Soy Sauce, Mixed Herbs, Spices, Apple Cider Vinegar, Bullion (tubs) + other stock cubes, Lemon Juice, Tomato Puree, Mustard, Ketchup, Star Anise (flu’s colds as well as cooking)
• OilsLarge cans Olive Oil, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, Ghee, Lard.
•Cheeses
Whole hard cheeses encased in wax, Swiss, Gouda, Parmesan
• Flour/ Bread Flour, Yeast, Sourdough starter, baking soda/powder, corn powder, keep stored in storage boxes. (Learn to make bread or print out instructions)
• Sweet & Savoury Treats:
• Chocolate Raisins, Coconut Chips/chocolate bars/sweets Granola / Energy/ protein bars
Corn Cakes, Oat Cakes, Crackers, Biscuits
• Fruit Leathers
• Sugar, Maple Syrup, Jams/Jellies/honey Peanut / almond butter Pancake mixes
• Hot Chocolate, Cocoa, Ovaltine, Tea, Herbal tea, Coffee, Molasses, Marmite, Oat/Almond milk Water, Coconut Water (can buy bulk)
• storage bottles for water on Ebay, keep dark and cool once filled, treat yearly with iodine or purifying tablets to ensure no pathogens from storage.

Another little tip that I came across is BOILING Water when the sh@t really does hit the fan.

Put around 9 Tea lights in the oven, saucepan on top of the grill tray … leave oven slightly open for air to circulate creates boiling water (cuppa, pasta, hot water bottle etc)
