This must be the most entertaining cooking instructions I have ever seen, and a survival guide on top. Love it! Even though I live in the tropics, I often make soup with surplus veg that would otherwise not get eaten, and I love slurping it cold as my lunch the next day or two. I will definitely try your potato cakes :)
