Camelback mule hydration bag review

This is a review of the Camelback Mule hydration pack. My bugout bag is fully loaded so therefore I needed a lightweight day mission bag and hiking bag. The main thing I learned running around the range shooting with this bag is that the thin flat shoulder straps were designed to let the soldier using it to form a good shoulder weld against a rifle buttstock. Thicker padding might be more comfortable to the casual hiker but for a soldier, business comes first and a bad shoulder weld with the rifle could be catastrophic. Missing a shot is not an option. The Mule is a good lightweight pack that gets the job done IMHO.
