What do a smart phone, rainwater, a stick, a wire, a plastic bottle, and a silver coin have in common?

in #prepper7 years ago

The above 6 ingredients could be a life saver when combined together to form your own offgrid emergency nano/colloidal silver generator.

Below you will see photos of the project, let them do the storey telling -

Disclosure: The coin was cut using a saw, however someone good with using an axe should be able to cut the coin in half as well, the holes for the wire were drilled but again someone good with an axe should be able to notch the sides of the coin just enough to be held by the wire. The process was slow as you can expect using a mobile phone battery as a power supply - about 12 hours - but still you will have a good colloidal silver mix in the end, if you want to speed up the process a higher voltage power source is a must - walkie talkies could be used and with two of them wiring in series could get you more than 12 volts, flashlights batteries could also be used, etc...

WOW! I am not a science person by any means but this is pretty cool.
On a side note, I never knew a quarter could be cut in half with axe.
