Drop 45 Drive lane

A prehistoric wonder.

In 37 metres of water, just over 50 kilometres from shore, archaeologists have discovered sophisticated prehistoric stone walls deep beneath the surface of Lake Huron. Scientists say the main feature, dubbed the Drop 45 Drive Lane, is the most complex hunting structure found beneath the Great Lakes to date. Possibly created by the Clovis culture.
