This is my first writing about pregnancy in the Steemit. I aim to cover important things before marriage, during marriage and after having a baby.
Pregnancy is a great step about deciding together with your partner and undertake this responsibility with both of you. Preparation to pregnancy is concerning both partners and they should be both ready. If one of you is not ready for pregnancy, then it could be difficult during this time and after pregnancy.
It might be take a long time for the first time deciding to have a baby. There are different factors to consider about before deciding. Candidate mom and dad may sacrifice some activities after having baby. After having baby, you need to plan your life according to your baby’s needs.
Idea of having baby, undertaking responsibilities, and sacrificing your personal activities should not freak out you. Having a baby in house and watching every step of your baby is fantastic feeling.
Mom Side Changes in Pregnancy
Mother is of course focus in pregnancy with huge changes. Moms should be ready to change with many aspects like social change, health change, body change, and many more. Dads should be supportive and always make empathy about their wives.

After planning having a baby, health factor comes priority in planning list. Now it is time also think about your baby and start doing thing for your little baby.
Healthy body makes every step easy and reduce risk about your baby’s health. That is why, first thing about health is avoiding bad habits. Protecting your body from harmful behaviors is first step to be healthy. Second step about health check is feeding habits. Think about your feeding style and consider how you are caring your meals, foods, and drinks. Third step is having supportive nutrients and minerals beneficial for pregnancy and your baby.

You might have some addictions and it might be difficult to give up from them easily. Having alcohol and smoking can cause premature delivery and burst your dreams about having a baby. Who could want something like that horrible just because of having a stupid habit.
Also, illegal drugs are other dangerous habits especially in pregnancy. These warnings sometimes are not taken accounted of seriously, but when experiencing such a bad event unfortunately reminds reality.
Healthy Pregnancy: Feeding Habits
It is time to ask to yourself if you are getting right nutrients for your body. As a one person alone, you might not care your body and postpone exercise plans and continue to have a weight. However, pregnancy time is close and postponing times are over. You should learn what nutrients are supporting pregnancy and protect your body from diseases.
Health Pregnancy: Supportive Nutrients and Minerals
There are some minerals helping your body to make pregnancy easy and baby healthy. Some of them are just natural and absolutely great to eat in pregnancy.
There are also some other supportive minerals like folic acid. It protects your baby from birth defects. You can have this with natural nutrients or ask your doctor for appropriate size in prescription and get it from pharmacy.
Preparing to yourself and your partner to having a baby require long time planning and preparations with many aspects. Evaluating each aspect and deciding best things help you and your baby healthy.
