Petition: by the rulers of the entire world, so that they fulfill their functions attached to the Law of God. So that the peoples do not continue to suffer hardships. We pray to the Lord.
Father in Heaven, you set up kings and you depose of rulers. May the kings of the earth observe Your righteous decrees and rule the people of the earth with justice and mercy. The Holy King of kings be glorified and His Name sanctified throughout all the world. Amen.
