36 hour Autophagy session #3 completed today

Session#3 of my fast to induce autophagy is completed today. The long fast I broke with vegetable 🌶 soup 🍜.

Now it has become more easy and I think I can extend it to 48hrs next time.

I am feeling overall pretty well and light.
