USE YOUR ALONE TIME
There are times when we are physically alone. There are times when we feel alone. And our usual response is to feel sad, lonely and low.
Instead, let's tap these for the phenomenonal opportunities they are. Opportunities to reconnect with ourselves, to understand ourselves, take stock of what we want and realign our priorities accordingly. These are chances to have fun with ourselves, enjoy our own company, learn to love ourselves.
Until we truly learn to enjoy being on our own and love ourselves to the point where we don't need anybody just to alleviate being alone, we cannot give our best to any relationship.
So next time we're alone let's not run from that situation, let's not lose it using devices like the TV, telephone. Instead let's make the most of it.
