We are pleasing someone all the time, there is nothing wrong with it, as long as we are AWARE who that someone is, is it someone outside or our own SELF. 👩🏻‍💻👨🏻‍🍳💂🏻‍♀️

We suffer we endure we hold back we clench the fists we win and we see that smile on that face and we feel elated , blissed , full, content. The PAIN endured with AWARENESS is pure pleasure. 😇

The mind is CHANGE in goal posts. The mind is not a friend and not a foe, but a CONSTANT shadow. Take it as just that. Focus on the SOUL, the PERPETUAL. 🥅 ⚽️

MEDITATE at work, sit at the desk and sit amidst greens in the forest, or the beach ALONE. It’s just YOU or just an illusion of SELF. 📖

Awareness kicks in and everything after that seems smaller, less important, lower in priority! 👁👁

WE'RE GREAT, NO NEED TO TRY TO BE SUPERIOR

There's an insidious force working within us at all times, judging everyone around, giving us cause to get a puffy chest, feel superior. Worse, our ego causes us to say and do things that can demonstrate this superiority to all concerned.

Sure, this makes us look like a complete prick to all concerned. But more importantly it shifts us from our focus, gets us to expend our time and energy in entirely pointless activities.

We aren't here to prove anything to anyone else. We aren't here to compete with it be better than the rest of humanity. We're here to chase our dreams and goals, learn and grow in the process, live out life fully with enthusiasm, excitement, joy and passion. And that's what we lose out on when we play this superiority game. So let's ditch it. Let's just keep the focus on what our heart wants not our ego. And any time we start going on a judging or superiority trip, let's catch and ground ourselves.
