Concrete Jungle: Silent Fountain

I'm making my first entry for the Photochain Community photo contest based on the theme "Concrete Jungle."

Most summers, all summer, the water fountain exhibit in Livonia, MI provides for a peaceful retreat from the jungle of not just concrete, but asphalt, traffic, metal, and the reign of terror of social media. 

But. In the Winter. It becomes still and stoic. Waiting for the ice and snow to melt and once again flow freely.
