I just bought 500 Steem. Should I POWER UP or HOLD

The coin market is red and I hope my actions are not stupid.

I converted about 450000 Naira to Steem this morning through Remitano and Blocktrades and I'm quite excited.

The question now is if I should power up or not.

I'm asking because although I have a little more fiat to invest in crypto, many whales and dolphins seem to have favorites.

Now, I'm thinking of buying Steem from Nigerians.
