So much to do this time of year! But where to begin...
My marsh mallow plants have been a full-vengeance of producing every week! So much so, that I am out there on a weekly basis harvesting leaves and flowers; which is GREAT thing because to be honest, I was worried I wouldn't have enough dehydrated to use throughout the entire winter.
Arugula, nasturtium flowers, marsh mallow, mullein, peppermint and stevia all harvested, cleaned and ready for the dehydrators. It's a good thing I have three dehydrators now!

Beautiful pansies and violas are all around the homestead this year; adding a burst of vibrant color!
My one little cluster of feverfew from summer 2018, has blossomed into four... nope FIVE, new clusters all around the herb and flower gardens. They add such a delicate sight.

Those all look really pretty from the standpoint of a flower! But... what is a marshmallow plant? (I'm pretty sure it doesn't grow marshmallows). What will you use them for over the winter?

Yes, this time of year one gets too busy to post about what one is doing! Love the pansy photo; those are one of my favorite flowers.
