very true!

I remember being in this self doubt situation as a younger man. It took real effort to overcome it.

Later I've had to balance out again and allow questioning myself and my actions because I had become somewhat a despot professionally.

Now I feel that I can often hit the sweet spot of balance in this regard. Nothing replaces personal experience and reflection!
