Some things serve as their own reward. Excellence is its own reward. An individual who seeks to be excellent so that they can achieve some other reward as compensation will never truly be excellent. Excellence is the reward.

Another achievement that is its own reward is visibility. For a community like Power House Creatives, moving up from nowhere to achieve second place in a highly visible poll is its own reward. PHC can not now be ignored by anyone. They may not like us, but they cannot ignore us.

@jaynie inspires both of these rewards. The entire community rallied to make PHC more visible, and they only did so because they are each excellent achievers in their own right. I am impressed with the community and with your leadership @jaynie. To the universe and beyond! (Thanks Buzz Lightyear)
