The “Uncle Sam Country” is estimated to have around 1,400,000 active military personnel and 860,000 reserve personnel. Thus, the US has a total military personnel of 2.26 million personnel. In addition to having a large number of troops, US combat vehicles are also very capable. For tanks alone, the US has 6,289 units. In addition to tanks, the US also has 39,253 armored vehicles, 1,465 self-propelled artillery, 2,740 crane artillery and 1,366 rocket launchers. This number does not include missiles, both short-range missiles and intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and US air defense systems.
