Congratulations to the Winners of 3rd Steemph.cebu Power-up Challenge!

The 2nd week of Power-up challenge has been awesome to Cebuano users, a lot has been powering-up! That's actually the hidden motive of this challenge/contest - helping Cebuano Steemians increase their influence in Steemit

The Power-up Challenge will still run on its 4th week, please keep updated with @steemph.cebu's posting. We aim to reward Cebuano authors by creating contests and community initiatives.
