Congratulations to the Winners of 2nd Steemph.cebu Power-up Challenge!

The 2nd week of Power-up challenge has been awesome to Cebuano users, a lot has been powering-up! That's actually the hidden motive of this challenge/contest - helping Cebuano Steemians increase their influence in Steemit

The Power-up Challenge will still run on its 3rd week, please keep updated with @steemph.cebu's posting. We aim to reward Cebuano authors by creating contests and community initiatives.

@jeffbernst Steem Power Rankings tool helped us a lot in determining the amount of Steem Power powered-up by a Cebuano users over a certain period of time. Hats of to Jeff, a @sndbox fellow! Here are the winners of the contest :
