Saat terjadi pemadam listrik, dibutuhkan peralatan penerangan untuk memberikan penerangan yang memadai di rumah. Foto ini saya ambil di sebuah kantor pemerintah, alat penerangan yang sedang di charge milik seorang pekerja memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada..... mumpung gratis...
Pemadaman bergilir seringkali kami alami, pihak perusahaan listrik selalu mengeluarkan pernyataan membela diri dengan alasan kekurangan daya. Alasan klasik tersebut sudah menjadi senjata pembenaran dari manjemen perusahaan yang menganggap diri mereka selalu betul dan pintar..
