It's not only prescription pain pills that have taken over the streets now, that Dr have started cutting patients off cold turkey, after prescribing ridiculously strong painkillers to them for months. Being on these pills for even weeks, will make the individual extremely physically and mentally addicted. It causes severe withdrawal symptoms that are painful and life-threatening, as well as affecting mental capacities and creating terrible mental disorders.... This is an epidemic in the United States right now probably more so than any other country. My opinion, is that the reason for this is because the CIA is allowing these drugs.... Heroin, cocaine, crystal meth.... and MARIJAUNA.... Marijuana has unfortunately been put in the same category as hardcore addictive drugs such as heroin and cocaine, which is a joke considering marijuana is not physically addictive and is a very very minutely mentally addictive. There's something seriously wrong with the way this country deals with its mind-altering substances. To me, it makes no sense to give the states of this country the power to pass laws regarding marijuana's recreational or additional dispensaries for medicinal purposes... Which, makes these poor people who have gone through the legal process to open these dispensaries, most of the time with their life savings, to start over every time the federal government comes in and decides to shut them down. I don't know the financial details however, I believe that some dispensaries once they get closed down federally.... They can rarely even reopen, since in most cases, all of people's funding to finally open one of these 100% LEGAL BUSINESSES, is usually sunk into the business, to get it started l, and fully operational....
This is a clear conflict of interest, not to mention a breach of the Constitution of the United States. The Constitution states that whatever laws that the individual states pass count just as much as federal laws. And just to explain it to people who don't understand it state laws are made to spike federal laws, and the reason for that is because the federal government gave the states the power to pass laws according to their own State's voting and Needs & Wants. In my belief, going after a state law with a federal law defeats the purpose of having either a federal law or state law. Why have state laws if a federal law can overrule it?.... Now, State laws pretty much me nothing and that's the bottom line let me know what you think.....
