Postre de amor (San Valentin)
Qué mejor que un postre en forma de corazón para sorprender a esa persona especial en san Valentín. Con esta receta tendrás éxito asegurado.
Elaboración:
Comenzamos lavando las fresas y cortándolas en trozos, retirándoles las hojitas que pudiera tener. Diluimos la gelatina de fresa en agua siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante. Lo vertemos en un cazo y ponemos a calentar. Dejamos que llegue a ebullición.
Añadimos entonces 250 ml. de agua fría y removemos bien. Ponemos los fresones cortados en el molde de corazón y vertemos la gelatina aún líquida. Dejamos que se enfríe completamente e introducimos en la nevera hasta que cuaje completamente.
Decora con unas hojas de menta y el postre quedará muy atractivo, original y sabroso. Si quieres que esté aún más dulce, añade a los fresones una cucharada de azúcar antes de verterlos en el molde.
