Australian Brush Tail Possums are known for making their homes in roofs of homes and sheds in suburban areas. The brush tail possum often come under threat from loss of habitat and predators such as dingoes, foxes, cats and dogs. These cute, furry creatures also compete with other possums and animals for food sources and home sites

I think I've seen this before, it belongs to the family of squirrels and the likes.
