Like, we sleep with negative thoughts in our Mind. This is a bad habit which will definitely start your day with a low feeling.
5 mins before sleep is very important. Think about yout desires or events that made you achieve something. Positive thoughts will help your subconsious think positive and the end result will be a cheerful start at morning.
