I saw this motto on a boy's T-shirt in a sweltering hot summer noon when I was having so many thoughts running through my mind. The motto immediately brightened my day.

Be a warrior, be adventurous, courageous, idealistic and optimistic
Don't be a worrier since worrying only depresses you and makes things seem worse than they really are. Worrying does not solve any problem.
