Mini mindset challenge
Setting the alarm 10 minutes earlier tonight. Not so I can reach over and slam the snooze, but so I can listen to the birds waking grateful for each new day; Awaken, breathe and put myself in the mindset to show up in life with a bright outlook and feel how the world around me corresponds to this mindset. I challenge you to set your alarm 10 minutes earlier in the morning so you can test this thought experiment in your own life. Change begins with you.
