YES, THE RECIPE FOR HAPPINESS - PUT YOUR POSITIVELY STEEMING PANTS ON!!!

Yes...Every day matter so much, think like this is your biggest gift, something as precious as the value of the whole world. You know that this is so true for the people who face life threatening illness fight for life, for them every minute, hour, day matter. On the other hand some people act like they have monopoly on life; like they always have time to put things right. Everything depend from the perspective, it is all about the circumstances, it is all about what really matter to you. 

I remember my first and most traumatizing cheating experience, this was so painful that I really was thinking that my heart will burst and I will die. I didn't die. To make this even more interesting I did experience this second time. Did this experience made me hating entre menhood? Not at all. I know every person is different. And you know what as bad as the cheating is; life moves on, sun is still shining, or rain is still pouring from the sky. Most of the time the effected person can't notice any of this because is so focus on the pain, because is feeling like world is finished. In one way did, and didn't. Yes the relationship is finished but show must go on. I am writing this with extreme ease in one way, despite the fact the first cheating was THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! SECOND WASN'T EASIER BUT I THINK I DID MY HOMEWORK!!! I LEARNED TO GO BACK TO MY CORE VALUES. I LEARNED TO TRUST MYSELF. In one way I know I have this unfair advantage I know I will make it in any circumstances, and I am happy to know about myself.  

I know that my life is so precious and time is priceless that I do forgive people and move on with my life because I don't want to waste my time. Somebody described this very clearly and profoundly NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD ONLY THE WAY YOU ARE THINKING MAKE IT SO. 

 The aim of today article is to teach you that everything in life is possible, that your life is in your hand, and please make yourself responsible, you can't be responsible for other people action, you can only take ownership for who you are, for what you are doing etc. DON'T TRY TO CARRY ON YOUR SHOULDERS ALL THE PROBLEMS OF THE WORLD, BE GENTLE TO YOURSELF. It is me saying that the most harsh critique of myself, yes but I learned as well as time goes on to be more loving and caring of myself, I stopped giving people permission to run widely in my life. I learned to cut myself away from this people because my life matter, because I am worthy, because you need to love yourself first if you want other people to love you too. The love come from within. 

I am starting finally writing about those super simple however extremely effective tips in order to live much more fulfilling and positive life. They are so simple that you can start doing them now :)

  1. Drink lots of water and green tea. To help detoxing your body and keep you hydrated. 
  2. Eat a big breakfast, average lunch, and tiny dinner. Your weight matter, as this is effecting your health. 
  3. Eat vegetables, fruits and natural food.
  4. Go for walk, bike, swim, run. 
  5. Read a book, listen to audiobook every day, make this a habit.
  6. Go to bed earlier. Your body need at least 8 hours of sleep fr regeneration, best go to bed after 22:00. 
  7. Stop thinking negative thoughts about yourself and others. Positive mind will create positive life. 
  8. Don't dwell on the past, turn into art. It is crucial to live now, and making the most out of it. 
  9. Enjoy little things in life. Those little things are a big things, so value them. 
  10. Do not judge or compare yourself to others. You are beautiful just the way you are. 
  11. Practice joga, meditation or praying on daily basis. Spirituality is so important. Make the most of it. 
  12. Do not put things of for later. Do what you need today, plan ahead. 
  13. Avoid or completely cross processed food from your diet. Eat clean as possible. 
  14. Stretch daily to increase flexibility, or exercise daily to increase your lymph circulation. 
  15. Listen to peaceful and relaxing music. This will help your brain to regenerate. 
  16. Live in a tidy space. Be as minimalistic as possible. 
  17. Wear clothes that make you happy. Make sure clothes express who you are, are comfortable. 
  18. Throw away things you don't need. Simplicity and declutter environment is so important for me to concentrate. 
  19. Remember that all the effort you are making now will pay in the end. Learn to be persistent to yourself. 
  20. Go more outside, have more fresh air. 
  21. Laugh a lot, love more and listen what people want to say to you.
  22. Eat plenty of food responsible for making sure you are in good mood all the time, nuts, bananas, dates, dark chocolate, avocados.
