How to wake up early | Tips To Wake Up Early in The Morning

Many of us always want to wake up early, at morning our efficiency level is high, so it is easier to focus in our important works.
Some people say I can work at night, but friends at night, our brain is tired due to the stress throughtout the day, and it became difficult to work concentrated.
Almost all sucessful people wake up early at morning and if we cultivate this amazing habit, it takes us towards our goals.
You have tried many ways to wakeup early,like alarm etc, but I am going to mention some tips other than alarm clocks to wake up early.

#Tip no 1:Be exicited to get up early
If you are thinking,"Oh god, I have to wakeup early because of my work",chances are you are not happy to wake up at morning.Now,you have to excited to get up early, you have happy than you are cultivating a good habit in your day.

#Tip no-2:Do interesting at morning
All of us like to do some interesting work, you can thing as per your interest to complete it at morning, suppose if you like to play, schedule a cricket match with your friends, if you like to read keep your favorite book beside your head,if you like food, plan your favorite breakfast to cook next morning.This will motivate you to wakeup at time.

#Tip no-3:Avoid stimulants:
There are some foods like coffee,tea,alcohol which effect your sleeping pattern, and if we sleep late at night, it became difficult to wake up at time.So it better to avoid such food items.

#Tip no-4:Be happy and pray
Throughtout the day, we have to solve many problems and we create stress by this, oftentimes when we go to sleep we think about those incidents, this can disturb our sleeping pattern, think positive and pray to god for all things he has given to you, and sleep with positive thoughts.

#Tip no-5:Give rewards to yourself
Whenever we are appreciated because of our work, we feel motivated, So why not we reward ourself to wake up early, if you wakeup at time give yourself a gift, which you like.

#Tip no-6:Drink water at night
Drinking at night,help you to in digestion, and at morning you have to rush to toilet, so you will be alert and wake up at time.

So, these are some tips to wakeup early, other than that, if you are using alarm clocks keep it away from you at a certain height, so that you wakeup to stop it, but dont keep too far so that you cant listen the sound of alarm.
