The ISO is 2500.
This old soviet lens don't communicate with the camera. So EXIF can be a bit strange. For example, focal length shown as 65535 mm :)

True! You have to set focus manually. Hard work. This lens is for zen-buddists only. :)

Manual focus is not big problem. The most important thing in this case is good eyesight! :)
