Present, professional opinion is largely in favor of eating breakfast with compare to other meals. It is also "the most important meal of the day".

Aye but professional opinions are often persuaded by influence driven by finance all controlled by the same pockets pushing the agenda. I agree food is necessary for energy yet a typical sugar filled breakfast cereal is not the way to go.
