This is our habit of aceh people, when there is kenduri, then the surrounding community will help each other to prepare the dish, this is one of our togetherness from the first, this is where we share happiness, here the place to release the longing of fellow society, together trying to create a delicious taste of cuisine, to be served for the guests who attended the party event, tired it was common, when together, it was not felt, usually we cook from night till morning, the night usually a part of us cook the rice for the event tomorrow, then after the new shubuh we cook gravy goats or cattle in a large pot, we call it KUAHBelangoeng, KUAHBelangoeng is a mixture of meat, jackfruit / banana tree, and spices that have been in milled (indigenous spice indonesia). Ini kebiasaan kami masyarakat aceh, ketika ada kenduri, maka masyarakat sekitar akan saling bantu untuk menyiapkan hidangan, ini salah satu kebersamaan kami dari dulu, disinilah kami saling berbagi kebahagiaan, disini tempat untuk melepas rindu sesama masyarakat, bersama berusaha menciptakan rasa masakan yang sedap, untuk disajikan bagi tamu yang menghadiri acara pesta, capek itu biasa, ketika bersama, itu semua tidak terasa,biasanya kami memasak dari malam sampai pagi, malamnya biasa sebahagian dari kami memasak nasi untuk acara besoknya, kemudian setelah shubuh baru kami memasak kuah kambing atau lembu dalam belanga yang besar, kami menyebutnya dengan KUAHBelangoeng, KUAHBelangoeng adalah campuran antara daging, nangka/pohon pisang, dan bumbu yang sudah di giling (rempah asli indonesia).
