Very well executed! You are pretty much on par with pro photographers, if not a professional yourself. :)
What kind of lighting did you use? I'd guess a softbox from top right down, and some sort of a triple catchlight solution from the front (can't quite tell from the reflection in the eye).

Thank you! Yes, I would say that photo is more than a hobby for me) Frankly speaking, I do not remember exactly, but there was a soft box for sure and another light from the left...it was a little bit long time ago...)
