Hi, @hotnimmi this is what they call a burn post. Basically, it helps reduce the supply and hopefully drive up more value for all of us. As for flags that is a personal choice of the person doing it. We don't know much about what is going on but usually, the flag is for too much of a reward typically.
Thanks for your reply. Yes I know porn burns are a good thing. But I think by voting on spam comments are not the correct system. Just check how the Steemleo token burning systems. They use several methods to burn token not like this. Actually, @kingdong wants to burn token by flagging and peoples left the Dporn community. I can not see much new post last 24hours and also can see a huge drop in dporn price.
