Not All of The Pork In Our 2018 Spending Bill Won't Make It

The hot topic this weekend is the passage of that massive, pork-filled government spending bill. Some are upset, some are ecstatic. My question is, how much of it won't even make it into their allocated spending accounts knowing that we currently have an active Executive Order, imposed by President Donald Trump, which freezes the assets of all entities involved in serious Human Rights Violations or Corruption.
