Some people don't link any of these "pyramids" and they think they are all scams. Some of them are scams, but if you chose wisely you have the potential to make ETH. You risk ETH to maybe gain ETH and the whole thing has the possibility to go belly up, intentionally or not. That's how I believe you should view all of these games.
