Never got my tokens either. They've been sitting on MEW since the ICO. Went to PPT website & social media pages- can't find any form to fill out.
BY THE WAY- etherscan & ethexplorer- both have my MEW public address as having been a holding of PPT since Day1.
I never got the airdop & there is no where on his PPT site that he has a claim form. Is seriously doubt this PPT platform is going to work out anytime soon.
If you did not move your PPT then you should have the PXT airdrop. The claim form was posted on Populous' World Twitter timeline dated 3 Jan and the tweet is still there.
An invoice of GBP 190K was successfully auctioned and more will be coming.
