Love Friday and Power of Positivity
Show Positive Vibes not only on Steemit
Our world is driven by powerful people, they are not always bad but it is a tough world, even on Steemit one has to fight sometimes. When I started here I tried to push positivity across the board and recently also suffered form flags or negative comments and trolling. However what is motivating to see people like @karenmckersie who has created this new popcontest to spread motivating vibes as well as an old buddy from the network called tsu @anthonyphillips starting again his 30 day Positivity breeds Positivity Challenge recently. This is also a submission for the weekly LoveFriday challenge by @liliana.duarte - another Steemian full of positivity.
Don't let greed dominate Steemit
No matter if you are on trending, no matter if you struggle to earn some Cents, no matter if you get attacked just try (at least try, it is hard sometimes) to keep some positivity around you. People like that - you are more attractive to others and you can attract more positive people to this platform. The ones that do not scam and spam, the good boys and girls, the content creators, the charity minded people - let us all try hard to make this place a better place in the social media world.
Criticism is still allowed and NOT toxic
However in view of the success for all of us let us be realistic and able to communicate criticism in a constructive way. Not every human being is perfect, nor is any platform. Stay away from simply negative people but also do not call others toxic that try to suggest valuable things. a down vote / flag is maybe negative for the account that receives but can be extremely positive for the community too. That is to me also a part of showing or proving the power of positivity.

Positivity is something which will help the development and progress in steem and you will benefit more if you are optimistic rather than greedy. Greed only stimulates you to become a low quality member and over time as steem gets bigger and bigger you will become too small to get any exposure on your posts. You may as well put in the effort now than regret it late.

That's cool. I love promoting the people who have helped me on my journey. Humans are human, part of staying positive is reminding yourself that the next time a human does something that threatens your vibe lol nice post. I too love a big genuine smile. :)

There is nothing more contagious than a smile. Have you ever tried to be negative to such a positive force? It is almost impossible. Our emotions are the driving force of happiness and sadness. We can control these to a certain extent or surely push towards the positive outlook.

Agreed!! A great thing about connecting with positive minded people is that, even when they criticize, it's almost always constructive criticism. They don't criticize to bring you down, instead to help you improve!!
