Popcontest : Original Song 'Drive'

Here is my original composition on what drives me through life and my motivation.

Verse 1:
Roads are paths I have to take
Journeys that I have to make
Lessons that I have to learn
Another mile another doubt
Another junction calling out
And asking me which way to turn

Chorus 1:
Left or right I'll never know
When green is stop and red is go
Will I ever make it through these winding streets alone
And drive my way back home

Verse 2:
Mirrors show what's left behind
Another chance another sign
The highways flow like rivers to the sea
Potholes dotted all around
Try to slow me down
Will the river lead me where I long to be

Chorus 2:
North or south I'll never know
When green is stop and red is go
Will I ever make it through the fog and rain alone
And drive my way back home

Chorus 3:
If my heart just tells me so
Then red is stop and green is go
Someday I know I'll make it through these winding streets alone
And drive my way back home
