Power of Positivity

I was discussing with an elderly woman who was delayed for seven years after wedding before she could conceive her first child. She shared with me;

I was hoping and waiting every month, and years passed by without conception. Six years later, I started feeling some pains in one of my breasts, every signs proved it was breast cancer but I stayed positive and continued to tell myself that my breast is to feed babies and not for cancerous growth. Then it came true for me as I fed babies with breast milk

There is power in staying positive, even in seemingly hopeless situations, when the positive mind is maintained, it often turn out good.

Life itself presents us with many negatives; negative news, negative people, negative results and so on.. We can only thrive by maintaining positive mindset.

There is a phrase we need to re-examine and begin to use it in positive manners, because it's often used negatively. "What if"

"What if it doesn't work?" , "what if I lose my mind?" "what if I get laid off?" "What if, what if, what if"...

Whenever the phrase crosses your mind, use it in the positive sense; what if it works? What if I get promoted? What if I get it? And so on..

Life is too short to live it in bitterness,

Positive people get positive results and excel in life because a man is a sum total of his thoughts.

Develop a positive mindset, work with positive people who would influence your thought pattern, don't walk with people that will run you down as see nothing good in you.

Stay positive, smile, live happily and you will start to experience the positive aspects of life.
