Another great post my friend , thanks for entering my contest and sharing your awesome story !! Anxiety / depression and mental illness is very real and nothing to be ashamed of at all !! It effects many people , Rich and Poor all over the world ! Spreading more positivity and having a positive place to share your stories is always a good type of medicine ! Being positive is great for everybody in more ways then one ! Family and friends can for sure be a big help ! And I loved your tips !!
