One of the most beautiful moments i have ever seen is watching a baby smiling in her sleep. You rarely find a moment more satisfying and beautiful than that, you can't help but to smile yourself.

I read a meme somewhere with a text saying "if you want to look attractive in the eyes of your partner, make him/her drunk. That is a funny tip but I will give a serious and working trick "Smile always". Try it, it works like magic.

Smile is a universal language or gesture understood and love by all. Different gestures can have different meanings depending on the countries, tribes, religions, cultures and so on. A thumb up sign widely regarded as a sign of "acknowledge" or "job well done" in the western countries has different meanings in Greece, Italy and the Middle East. It can have the same meaning as throwing a middle finger at someone in the USA/UK. A nod is a sign of agreement or approval in western but not all part of the world. But you can never go wrong with a smile, it has the same meaning and feel good effect on everybody regardless of their differences.

It is far easier to put a smile on your face than a frown. Scientists also state it takes less muscle to smile than frown. Which makes me wonder why people walk around with a frown on their faces instead of a beautiful smile. • Smiling increase the production of endorphins, good mood enhancing hormones. With smiling, you are always in good mood.

• Smiling boost your immune system, your life expectancy and decreases your blood pressure.
