Whenever I fall into a state of self-loathing, Frank always picks me back up right away, no matter what I'm saying about myself, he corrects me as though rewording what I said into something positive or contradicting me to point out the good I do or am. I know I need to do the same to myself myself sometimes. I'd like to be able to do that for myself, pick myself up. Whenever I fall into that trap, I can say, "no Binky, you're awesome because you still managed to do post on Steemit and experiment in Photoshop today." Which is exactly what I did tonight XD
