#280192 Withdrawal Issue - I waited for over 14 days
My problem now is the ticket I created over 14 days, it has been assigned to Javan over 5 days. It seems they are still unresolved, I am completely helpless. I had a bad look with poloniex.
I understand that manual handling is normal, but waiting too long is unacceptable. (Over 14 days).
This is a response from their staff (more than 5 days ago)

An agent will either approve or contact you about your withdrawal shortly.
The awaiting approval status is a security measure to allow a security agent to review and approve the transaction manually, this is necessary in some cases depending on how secure your account is.
As a general note, please do not withdrawal from your Poloniex account to timed addresses, you may lose your coins permanently may the destination address expire and the recipient cannot send the coins back to your deposit address.
